- Adjust Settings: Set your GM% and WOC thresholds in Recap Settings and add any context notes
- Upload Data: Drag and drop your CSV file or click to browse
- Generate Recap: Click "Generate Recap" to create AI-powered insights
- Ask Questions: Use the chat feature to adjust your recap or explore your data further (toggle between "Ask a Question" and "Edit Recap" modes)
- Export PDF: Save your professional business recap as a PDF
Recommended Data Structure
For best results, your CSV should include these metrics:
Category | Brand | Sales ($) | y/y % | y/y $ | GM% | GM$ | GM$ y/y | WOC
Organize your data with brands listed under their respective categories. Each row should represent one brand within a category.
Important: Year-over-year changes should be shown as full percentages (e.g., 15%, -8%), not basis points.
Note: If your recap doesn't look right, you can make adjustments using the chat feature. Just ask for specific changes or clarifications about your data.
